How do I place an order?

Shopping with us is easy. You can browse by category or find products based on your needs using the search bar.

Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, click ‘Add to Cart’. When you're ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

You'll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking details once your order is on its way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We make checkout easy by accepting a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards and digital wallets.

You can select your preferred payment method at the final checkout stage after choosing your shipping option.

How do I use a discount code?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

What if I entered the wrong address?

No worries! Our delivery courier will contact you to confirm your address and preferred delivery time. This gives you a chance to correct any mistakes before your order is shipped.

Where do you deliver?

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may take longer for remote locations, during national holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

When is the latest in the day I should order if I want to order via next day delivery?

To receive your order the next working day, place and pay for your order before 12 PM. For example, to receive your order on Thursday, you must order before 12 PM on Wednesday.

What are the shipping costs for returns?

We offer free returns on orders within Dubai. For returns outside the city, shipping costs may apply.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation. Your refund will then be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 working days.
