Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Orders placed before 10:0AM → Delivered the same day
Orders placed after 10:00 AM → Delivered the next day
Al Ain
Next-day delivery (except Sundays)
Fujairah
Next-day delivery available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Kindly note that some areas in UAE are considered remote and subject to delayed delivery and extra charges - 

Please ensure all location details are correct when placing the order and to provide a working contact number so that we can reach you.

In the rare case of non-availability of a product at the scheduled time of delivery, we will remove the item from the order and refund customer before the package is delivered.
